Invitations & role requests

Overview

This panel shows pending invitations and role-join requests. Review and approve or deny them so users get the right access to your school.

How to access

In your Admin Toolbox, click Role Requests. The panel opens at /{schoolSlug}/dashboard/requests.

Key tasks

  • •Review pending invitations — See who has been invited and whether they’ve accepted; resend or cancel if needed.
  • •Approve or deny role requests — Users who request a role (e.g. after joining via a link) appear here; approve to grant the role or deny to decline.
  • •Manage join-by-code requests — If your school uses join codes, requests to join appear here for approval.
