Relation Links
Overview
Relation Links (guardian–student linking) control who can see which students’ progress and grades. Use this panel to approve or manage linking requests so guardians only see the correct students.
How to access
In your Admin Toolbox, click Relation Links. The panel opens at /{schoolSlug}/dashboard/relations.
Key tasks
- •Approve linking requests — When a guardian requests access to a student, review and approve or deny here.
- •View existing links — See which guardians are linked to which students.
- •Remove or change links — Update or remove guardian–student links when needed (e.g. custody or contact changes).
