Announcements
Overview
Create and manage school-wide and audience-specific announcements. Set priority and schedule as needed. Announcements can also be created from the main navigation (Announcements).
How to access
In your Admin Toolbox, click Announcements, or use Announcements in the main navigation. The announcements experience is at /{schoolSlug}/announcements.
Key tasks
- •Create an announcement — Add a title and content; choose audience (all users, specific roles, or courses); set priority and optional schedule.
- •Manage existing announcements — Edit, unpublish, or remove announcements.
- •Target audience — Send to the whole school, specific roles (e.g. all teachers or all students), or course-level when applicable.
